We take care of your property, listings on multiple forums eg. AirBnB etc, cleaning before and after rentals, stocking up according to a wish list for you and/or tenants, marketing and handling the tenants and keys on your behalf.

- Food and drink stock up according to a wish list for the owners and/or tenants.

- House management for houses that are not for rent. Clean and stock up prior to arrival and after departure.
- We require a refundable damage deposit equal to one night’s stay from tenants,
- a signed copy of a contract and indemnity form and
- a cleaning and linen fee is charged in addition to the rental rate unless otherwise agreed upon.
